With the same olives that we use to produce our organic oils we make these organic products; the peculiarity of these lies in the processing as to obtain the finished product we do not go to accelerate the process with soda as normally happens, but we leave the product in salt for almost 8 months.
Once the product is ready, it is made in two versions, brine then water and salt, and seasoned, i.e. with the addition of spices, chilli pepper and our extra virgin olive oil.
